CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates include:

Meet and greet at airport by Ellerman House representative - Private, chauffeur-driven airport transfers in air-conditioned courtesy cars - 3 Daily shuttles to V & A Waterfront - Made-to-order breakfasts including fresh-pressed juices and home-baked breads and pastries -Hand-finished laundry packed in tissue paper - Complimentary teas, coffees, spirits and beer - Selected House Wines - Fully stocked in-room bar with luxury brands - Guest pantry with wide selection of snacks and in-between meal options - Sunset cocktails - Broadband wireless Internet access - 24-hour monitored security - Private and secure parking - Individual attention from Senior Managers who personally supervise Guest services.

Rates exclude:

Lunch and dinner - Invited guests' meals and drinks - Cellar wines and champagne - Telephone calls and fax transmissions.

Reservations:

Please note that all rates are quoted in ZAR (Rands) and are subject to change. Rates are quoted inclusive of VAT at 14%, where applicable (subject to change). All major credit cards are accepted. Children over 14 years of age are welcome at Ellerman House and over six years of age at Ellerman Villa

Deposits:

A deposit of 20% is required to secure reservations. Deposits made to secure reservations are non-refundable. The full balance of accommodation is payable six weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations:

50% of full accommodation is payable if cancellations are made within 30 days of arrival. The full accommodation account is payable if cancellations are made within seven days of date of arrival. In the event of premature departure the full duration of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will apply. Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.
