The series continues on 19 August 2026 with the acclaimed pianist Charl du Plessis, whose signature blend of classical artistry and contemporary flair promises an unforgettable evening, before welcoming the distinctive voice of Craig Hinds from Watershed on 28 August 2026. Surrounded by fine art and exceptional ocean views, guests will enjoy evenings where world-class live music meets exceptional cuisine, fine wines, and the warm hospitality of Ellerman House.

The Curate Terroir Series celebrates exceptional cuisine alongside the rich diversity of South Africa's winemaking heritage. This exclusive calendar of intimate wine dinners brings together acclaimed producers and remarkable wines, paired with thoughtfully curated seasonal menus. The series continues with Kaapzicht Wines on 31 July 2026, before concluding with Idiom Wines on 29 October 2026. Each dinner offers guests a unique opportunity to discover the stories, craftsmanship, and terroir behind some of South Africa's most celebrated wine estates.
