A New Fine-Dining Destination

Ellerman House is delighted to introduce Curate, an intimate new fine-dining destination set within the Wine Gallery. From May 2025, guests can experience an eight-course tasting menu that traces the seasons and stories of South African produce.

Each course is paired with selections drawn from the cellar, offering a journey through the country's most celebrated estates. Executive Chef Kieran Whyte champions ocean-minded, place-driven sourcing throughout the menu.
