Level One

Surrounded by indigenous gardens and the gentle sound of water, this level is home to the Ellerman House spa, along with two Deluxe Spa Rooms that can be incorporated into the villa for additional accommodation. Set slightly apart from the main living spaces, it offers privacy and a quieter pace throughout your stay.

Level Two

The main entrance to the villa opens onto the second level, where the dining room, TV lounge, study, pool and outdoor living spaces come together. Large glass doors open fully to the Atlantic, allowing the house to feel connected to its surroundings throughout the day. The kitchen, complete with a scullery, supports a seamless private dining experience prepared by the villa's chef.

Level Three

The upper floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, with three en-suite bedrooms positioned to make the most of the views. Two look directly across the Atlantic, while the third faces the Twelve Apostles mountain range. A comfortable reading room completes the floor, offering another quiet corner within the villa.
